How do I become a Tones Reseller?

Do you offer discounts to industry professionals?

Is there a minimum order to become a reseller?

Yes, after you have applied to become a distributor or retail partner, one of our representatives will provide you with the details regarding minimum order quantities.

Ordering

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, Tones is an international brand, so we ship almost everywhere in the world! Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Perfection Within Reach is our motto.  If you are not satisfied, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping and handling costs).  Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Products must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Include your order number and email support@tonesproducts.com or call 866.680.8032 within 30 days of purchase.

Tones is not responsible for lost packages. During check out, customers are welcome to include Route which is package protection that guarantees safe delivery of your packages, protecting them against loss and theft.

Unfortunately, Tones cannot accept returns on final sale and clearance items. Tones monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.  All returns are subject to validation and approval at Tones’ discretion.

What should I do about damaged product?

We do our best to package our products to ensure no items arrive damaged while in transit. In the small chance a product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact our customer service team for damaged product replacements via email at support@tonesproducts.com or call (866) 680-8032 within 30 days of purchase.

When will my order ship?

You can expect your Tones product(s) to ship from the warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F 8AM – 4PM, excluding holidays). During sales, holidays and during new product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

My order shipped, when will it arrive? Can I modify my order?

Orders to residents within the USA arrive in 2-7 business days.

Orders outside the USA can take 7-21 business days. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify it. If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one, please contact our customer service team by email support@tonesproducts.com or by calling (866) 680-8032.
