Privacy Requests and Data Deletion
Effective date: November 2, 2026
Global Sources USA Corp. d/b/a TONES accepts requests concerning personal information controlled by TONES, including information received through TONES websites, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta platforms, customer-support channels, and other authorized integrations.
Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request or Data Deletion Request. Include:
- your full name;
- the email address or telephone number associated with your account or order;
- the relevant platform and account handle, where applicable;
- the type of request; and
- enough detail for us to locate the relevant records.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or one-time verification codes by email.
Verification and Response
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal of a prior decision.
After verification, we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will delete or de-identify eligible information from active systems and instruct relevant service providers where required. We may retain information needed to complete transactions, comply with law, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, or exercise legal rights. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten under normal retention schedules.
If the request concerns information independently controlled by TikTok, Shopify, Meta, or another platform, you should also use that platform's privacy tools.
